The meeting opened with self-introductions from all attendees, during which each participant expounded on their comprehension of intellectual property, their professional dedication and contributions in the IP field, as well as the major IP cases they have managed. Among the seven members of the IP Committee, several hold Patent Agent Qualification Certificates; some concurrently serve as mediators with the Jiangsu Provincial People's Mediation Committee for Intellectual Property Disputes, internal auditors for intellectual property standardization in Jiangsu provincial enterprises, and members of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Nanjing Lawyers Association, among other roles. They have represented numerous patent and trademark invalidation cases, IP ownership disputes, infringement actions, as well as litigation involving unfair competition and trade secret misappropriation.
